O grupo japonês Kirin anunciou nesta segunda-feira (01) a aquisição do controle da cervejaria brasileira Schincariol por 3,95 bilhões de reais.A Kirin comprou a Aleadri-Schinni Participações e Representações, de Alexandre e Adriano Schincariol. A holding Aleadri-Schinni tem 50,45 por cento das ações da Schincariol.
